We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return most items bought from our website.

Terms & Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Only unused products can be returned or exchanged.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

The return must include original tags and invoice.

On receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If the product is found to be used and/or damaged, no refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds will be made only in the original mode of payment, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

For COD orders, the refund amount will be issued as store credit (discount code) of the same value, redeemable on future purchases at gcc.tezhhomayaa.com.

Refunds typically take 7 to 30 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. We do not have control over this timeline.

Products purchased during a sale or at a discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged.
